Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware and instruction manuals are included to prevent damage during transit.
Attach the Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your boxed return.
Drop Off and Refund
Take your package to any authorized drop-off location; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
